Description
Crew is looking for a front-end (or full-stack) developer to work with our marketing team on new side projects. (You may have heard of our first side project -- http://unsplash.com.)You will be responsible for refining concepts, building out MVPs, making sure they go live on time, and iterating on them as they grow. Most of the work will be front-end focused, but you will also need to know how to publish/maintain web projects and dabble in the back-end now and then.
You should know HTML/CSS and Javascript very well, along with tools like LESS/SCSS and Grunt. You should also have some general knowledge of some sort of back-end language. We use PHP for most projects, and Wordpress for some of those.
You should have lots of experience implementing high-quality designs and layering on the polish as needed. Send along several examples of sites on which you've done this.
