Web Portal Design, Servicenow
This requirement is for a Publishing and Media client. They are upgrading their HR portal to use Oracle Fusion products. They are using a ServiceNow Platform to manage the HR requirements; case management, knowledge (self service & best practise) and portal use.
They are at the stage in the project where they are looking to expand the scope of the portal to cover 10,000 users. They are looking for a candidate with experience in
Portal design using the Servicenow templates.
Your duties will include;
Internationalisation plug in - the portal will be translated into 6 languages
Glide and technical aspect of SN.
Personalising the portal - eg giving certain members access to certain material.
Reapplying a brand as this will need to be implemented on new pages.
Building SN case flow and understand how service level agreements are triggered
You should have;
Experience with SN reporting.
Use of L-Adapt and Active Directory tables
You should be able to work in a pressurised environment. Working quickly and flexibly with colleagues
