Description
Our client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Senior Developer for a 'greenfield' implementation of Dynamics CRM solution.
Candidates should either hold SC Clearance or be eligible for SC Clearance.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, self-starting nature with a 'can do' attitude, and be prepared to be 'hands-on' as well as working with the technical architects to define the solution.
The candidate should have a proven track record in delivering to tight timescales and be innovative in their approach and will have a technical background in implementing large scale Dynamics CRM systems.
The role will include a degree of 3rd Party and Client engagement so candidates need to be able to communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to a non-technical audience.
Functions of the role will include:
- Working with the project manager, CRM Technical architect to define the implementation of the business requirements within the CRM system.
- Dynamics CRM configuration, custom workflows, activities, reports, JavaScript, plugins
- Writing documentation and specifications
- Guiding less experienced developers
- Reviewing work of other developers
Mandatory Knowledge and Skills:
- Expert Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM with experience of Dynamics CRM
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in large software projects using C# or .NET
- Strong knowledge of MS Visual Studio and relational databases (MSSQL)
- Knowledge of Web-Services, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML
- Good understanding of testing tools, test automation, test Scripting, and testing methodologies.
- Ability to apply consistently quality and security standards.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to undertake UK Government Security Clearance, minimum SC which requires 5 years UK residence.
Useful but not essential experience
- Experience of working with a virtual and/or offshore team.
- Public Sector experience.
- Experience in Portal technology solutions.
- Experience of Agile scrum methodology
