Description

  • Review lightly technical requests from mobile operators and approve or decline them based on standard workflows. This would have a SLA of 1 business day on each review.
  • Proactively reach out to Mobile Operator Partners when we need them to make a scheduled change on their systems. The contractor would then help the partner through the standard process and talk them through running automated tests on a mobile app.
  • Work with new partners (over video calls) to run through a standardized User Acceptance Test plan before their launch their new Internet.org service.
  • Must have Network experience.
