Your tasks:
- Implement new Business Cases in an existing Data Warehouse (since 1997) and Reporting Plattform (2005)
- Analyse and structure requirements
- Design, develop and optimize ETL processes
- Identify, challenge and clarify GAPs and lacks of clarity with business department (deep understanding of related applications, incl. source systems and business processes)
- Design and develop solutions on base of existing IT guidelines
- Test and optimize the data processing and models
- Document all steps and features
- Transfer solutions into operations (deliver solution, train and support 1st to 3rd Level)
Your qualifications
- Profound expertise in ETL processes with focus on Talend Data Integration Platform Version 5 and 6
- Very deep knowledge of Cognos 10 (and 8) modeling and design with Framework Manager, Report Studio, Transformer,Workspace-, Advanced, Event Studio and SDK
- Very good knowledge of Oracle 11
- Pro-active work and good communication and teamwork skills
- Logical and structured problem solving skills
- Preferably a good understanding of the overall Cargo Business Processes
- Skills or experiences in Logistics industry preferred
- German (fluent in spoken and written) and English (fluent in spoken and written) is mandatory
