Essential:
- Technical understanding of telecommunication networking environment, systems and products
- Experience related to the global fixed services delivery process
- Excellent planning and program management skills
- Previous management experience
- Experience of working with Technical Teams and key stakeholder
- PRINCE2 or professional qualification with experience of having put this into practice within a customer environment.
- Experience of delivering complex multidisciplinary solutions into a customer environment.
- Excellent communication skills and able to influence at all levels including internally, with customers and suppliers.
