IT Service Manager: SAP, SAP Hana, Unix, Infrastructure
Our client is seeking a SAP based Service Manager to join their office in Prague. Responsibilities & requirements listed below, apply for immediate consideration and further details will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering IT Services within the agreed service levels
- Driving continual improvements in IT services and systems in close collaboration with the SCC Change Manager
- Ensure that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable manner
- Organize relevant meetings with all involved parties to keep the service on a high satisfaction level, like the weekly operation meeting and Capacity Management meeting
- Review the monthly Service Level Reports with the suppliers, discuss SLA violation and mitigation actions in preparation of the monthly customer meeting
- Manage incidents with involved parties, acting as the SPOC for different stakeholders
Requirements:
* SAP Basis and IT Infrastructure experience preferable with in the IBM Unix environments, a clear plus is SAP HANA experience
* Presentation skills
* Technical Negotiation Skills
* Service and Customer orientation
* Infrastructure Event/Monitoring knowledge
* Experience with IBM TSM/TDP environments, Oracle RMAN and IBM Flash Copy backup
* Fluent in English spoken and written
