We are looking for a support analyst to engage in a cutting edge project for a global player to be part of a team that provides technical support to the SAP applications/modules detailed above.
The ideal candidate will have previously supported large, corporate SAP environments and in particular worked in a message bus environment.
Our client would like the support analyst to be well accustomed to finding their way through multiple strings of data to fix application problems as well as be experienced in incident and problem management to fix 2nd and 3rd line application issues.
This is a long term contract opportunity with a well known global organisation.
