System Administrator, Database Administrator, DBA, IT Analyst, Oracle, SQL. ASP.NET
Our top Pharmaceutical client requires a Systems Administrator to provide Application DBA support for Oracle based applications, application updates and participate in incident resolution.
You will partner with the global DBA team in maintaining application availability and performance.
You will also work alongside Project Managers and development teams to support application architecture design.
You will work alongside software teams in supporting GxP applications in manufacturing environment.
Required Experience
*Experience of Software Development Life Cycle with strong technical knowledge of Oracle database up to 11g.
*Systems administration, database support, or application support experience
*Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012
*Good knowledge of Networking concepts and Microsoft Windows operating systems 2003 to 2012 as well as Windows 7.
*Experience of managing IIS environments.
Desirable Experience
*Experience of working in medical device, GxP regulated environment an advantage.
*Experience of Scripting languages, eg - VBScript, PowerShell
*Oracle PL/SQL and T-SQL
*Experience of Dataguard would advantageous.
