Our eCommerce team is responsible for defining our digital architecture and standards across our digital platforms. Joining them as Senior eCommerce Product Manager (Omnichannel), we'll look to you to create, shape and drive the omnichannel roadmap of development of platforms and processes. It's an exciting time to join. And you'll have a big part to play in making sure we deliver great customer sales journeys in and across Retail, Campaigns, Online and Indirect channels.

What you'll do:

  • Work across all channels (up to Director level) to shape and align the requirements for omnichannel capability
  • Own and actively build and maintain relationships with Director level stakeholders across the business
  • Manage omnichannel deliverables and the delivery of new functionality and optimisation of customer journeys
  • Be responsible for the performance of the live service and act as the senior subject matter expert for all related performance metrics across a number of KPIs across all channels
  • Influence and shape the future eCommerce and omnichannel strategy and operational requirements for the business
  • Ensure delivery of clear business plans and models to justify development with clear definition of scope and experience objectives across all channels

You'll definitely:

  • Have proven experience of engaging and motivating others to deliver exceptional performance and long term results
  • Bring the proven ability to influence stakeholders across a variety of departments at all levels
  • Be passionate about continually improving customer service
  • Have B2C Sales/Marketing experience
  • Bring relevant Digital product management experience/passion
  • Have strong planning and organisation skills
