Description
We are an independent record label located in Southern California looking for a talented and reliable freelance web developer; expert in WordPress and WooCommerce with strong HTML and design (Photoshop) skills. Work is based on freelance basis from remote location.The responsibilities include:
- Maintain two websites (Company and Artist) & management
- Apply changes, updates for content, software, design and install/update Plug-ins as needed.
- Maintain the entire sites for optimal performance.
- ix problems and bugs on timely manner.
- Recommend, implement and improve sites with new software technologies.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience working in web development and interface design.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress & WooCommerce
- Strong knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, PHP/MySQL).
- Strong knowledge with web standards & SEO
- Knowledge of popular third-party plug-ins
- Social Media Skills and knowledge
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Respond to emails within a few hours
- Apply fixes and correct issues with sites in timely manner.
- Knowledge of video for websites a plus as well as Motion graphics and/or 3D skills a big plus
- Familiarity with ASP .net, Javascript/VBScript, web server configurations (Windows and Linux) a plus.
