Description
You will be reporting to the UK IT Local Systems Manager the role of the IT Software Developer is to create new or updated functions for business IT systems.The role will also require the ability to promote and maintain quality standards across software development and implementation, ITIL processes and practices with a clear focus on meeting the team and departments KPI's.
Your key tasks will include :
Support the team's ITIL activities; including Service Request fulfilment.
Create and amend software programs using the relevant technical documentation as a guide.
Work without supervision to assist in problem analysis and root cause identification.
Key Skills:
- C# development in winforms, webforms and web services
- ASP.NET
- SQL Server database design and development
- 3rd party application and hardware interfacing
- SSRS
- Database administration
- Familiar with back end systems
- Proficient in ITIL processes
- Experience with maintaining and supporting applications
