Description
Required Skills:
*In depth experience in design and layout of RF and analogue micro circuitry and micro integration into products for harsh environments and hostile EM conditions
*Design experience in Receiver technologies in the 1-2 GHz band with an emphasis on GPS signal
*Design experience of down conversion techniques and processing methods
*Good knowledge of product design and problem solving within a design for manufacture environment.
*Experience in full system design life cycle and ability to take an overall systems view
*Good team player who is willing to take ownership of problems and actively engages in IPT and group activities.
Desired Skills:
*Experience of interpretation of customer specs and end use environments
*Familiarity with Microwave simulators, PCB layout and Mechanical modelling tools
*Experience in design for manufacture for high volume product
*Analytical engineer who can process data efficiently to provide solutions to problems and communicate the outcomes at all levels
