Data Developer - MongoDB/NoSQL - JavaScript/NodeJS
We are working with a well renowned far eastern investment bank who are currently looking to hire a contractor to work on the design, analysis and development of a brand new, high profile project with local and global deliverables. The project is highly complex and will not estimated to be finished anytime soon, so this has huge potential for renewals and long term contract work.
They are looking for an experienced Data Developer to design and deliver data solutions that underpin the data services fabric of the company. This project represents a paradigm shift in the companies approach to data provisioning using NoSQL technologies in a service oriented architecture. You will have a huge influence on the project through full product life cycle work from the initial technical proposal through to analysis, design, implementation and production roll out whilst exposing you to all areas of the business.
Requirements:
- Sounds experience with NoSQL data stores (preferably MongoDB)
- Sound experience with Datamodelling (ideally transactional)
- JavaScript and NodeJS
- Experience defining and implementing web services and data services (REST/OData etc)
Ideally
- Mapreduce
- Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
They are currently looking to recruit a contractor for an initial 6months on a £ per day basis (depending on experience).
