For our customer we are looking for a Process Consultant - Test/Quality project
Within the customer program, a project will implement a new pre-prod environment starting in Finland. A support and governance organisation is required to secure production likeness of this test environment, plan and manage releases, validate production readiness and manage test data.
The process consultant will be representing all involved process owners and speaking partner for the operational resources. The process consultant bridges processes and functions to drive implementation of aligned and fit for purpose processes, tooling and trained people. The processes involved are production like service management processes with strong focus on service transition processes and service operation processes.
The process consultant needs to have deep knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes, specifically service transition and service operations. The consultant needs to have proven track record of driving cross functional change in an international environment related to this topic. Experience in pre-production environments, test or quality assurance is meriting. Insight in the our customer organisation and process implementation is preferable. The consultant is both a speaking partner for process owners and operations people. A hands-on, pragmatic and can do attitude is a must considering the high expectations, external requirements on delivery deadlines and importance of this organisation for future success of test and quality at our customer.
