Communications Manager
Our Global client based in Kingston upon Thames are currently recruiting for a Communications Manager on a contract basis for 6 months
The role will involve creating the strategy of communications for the roll out of internal mobile applications so enagaging with business stakeholders is key.
Responsibilities;
- Creation of communication plans and strategy
- Provide Content for communications
- Run events for the launch of new applications
- Define and run user governance and engagement groups
- Plan and execute communications
- Analyse and define training needs
- Provide guidance in to work stream leads on the execution of communications.
- Ensure lines of communication are open within the business- develop further these channels
- Manage the stakeholder community within the business to ensure all parties are engaged.
- Contribute to development and programme roadmap.
- Communicate recent achievements internally and manage any press releases to 3rd
Experience Required;
- Business change experience preferably within digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience within an Agile environment
- Event management
- Salesforce experience
- Global Communication delivery
- Knowledge of communication processes and responsibilities
- Understanding of Communications within a change environment
