My Client in Stoke is looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master to join the team and help optimise our development cycle - leading both product enhancement and client-facing optimisation projects through Agile processes.Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Scrum Master of technical development teams
- Assertive and able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to
- Continually improving, constantly growing and learning new tools and techniques to manage yourself and the team
- Transparency, you will be open and transparent in your work and that of the team to build trust throughout the business
- Understanding of fundamental web concepts and technologies such as HTTP, DNS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CDNs, APIs
- Experience of testing or quality assurance in a Software/SaaS environment
- Basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
