SAP Service Manager - SAP Basis/IT Infrastructure
Globally renowned Pharmaceutical company, require an SAP experienced Service Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of agreed IT Services and IT Infrastructure within the SAP Command Centre (SCC).
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering IT Services and Infrastructure in close collaboration with SCC Order Management and the Operations team within the agreed service levels.
- Driving continual improvements and the management of change affecting the IT services and systems in close collaboration with the SCC Change Manager.
- All of the IT Operations Management activities, ensuring that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable manner.
- Reviewing the monthly SLR reports with the suppliers, discussing SLA violation and mitigation actions in preparation of the monthly customer SLR meeting.
- Supporting the Head of SCC in preparation of the OLA's/SLA's and leading the OLA/SLA renegotiation meetings in close collaboration with the GIS Operational Manager community
- Managing incidents with involved parties, acting as the SPOC for the different stakeholders.
Required experience:
* SAP Basis and IT Infrastructure experience
* Fluent in English spoken and written
* Presentation skills
* Good communicator in heterogeneous and international teams
* Technical Negotiation Skills
* Service and Customer orientation
* Infrastructure Event/Monitoring knowledge
In addition to this, experience of the following would be desirable: SAP HANA, IBM TSM/TDP environments, Oracle RMAN and IBM Flash Copy backup.
