Digital Solution Architect
Key Accountabilities
" Act as a key technical consultant for the digital services within the agency
" Responsible for providing software & systems development leadership, guidance and oversight to all aspects of digital software projects and activities.
" Translate business needs into technical solutions for the development teams
" Play an active part in the identification of technology trends, assessment and setup of new Digital solutions/services within the agency, ensuring the growth of the entity.
Technical Lead
" Analyze new digital requests and propose the adequate solution
" Monitor technical excellence and quality
" Apply DevOps to ensure continuous improvement of our digital technology and allow business to increase time to market and value
" Establish a technical vision with our Digital offshore partners, IT architecture and other IT colleagues and turn these into reality
" Work closely with our offshore team and challenge wherever needed (IT solution, estimates, development guidelines, &)
" Guide external resources and evaluate proposed technical solutions
" She/he recommends, maintains and improves the Digital Technology architecture in alignment with the enterprise IT architecture and company business objectives
" Ensure all regulatory and compliance guidelines
Relationship Management
" Builds a good relationship with the different stakeholders Business partners (CoE, Brand Managers, Infra, Off/Near-shore,&), IT, Digital Factory vendor resources, agencies
" Work closely with the stakeholders to understand their needs
" Work closely with nearshore & offshore development teams.
" Work closely with the project managers to ensure projects are delivered within time & quality standards.
" Collaborate with external resources to achieve business results
Required skills
" Master level in an IT or other, business-relevant discipline
" Good understanding of the use of Digital solutions (edetail, Web, Mobile, Campaign) within the pharmaceutical industry
" An excellent understanding of the web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript (frameworks), PHP, .NET,&)
" Experience within Web Content Management system is recommended
" Preferably some experience as developer (PHP or .NET) or Front End developer
" Excellent relationship management skills and pro-active attitude towards business users
" Good understanding of customer-facing sales and marketing processes and creative in applying new ideas and possibilities to enrich the digital channel
" Participated in digital engagements and used project management principles, techniques and tools (eg Prince2, Agile, &)
" Familiar with IT change/release management processes
" Organizational change management/communication skills
" Business fluent English
