For our client BNPPF we are actively searching for a Functional Analyst for document management domain related project.
Context:
The concept of the paperless bank is a key enabler for digitalization of all departments in BNP Paribas Fortis. IT Paperless assists various channels - EasyBanking, branches, credits, - by inventing, constructing and supporting IT solutions that fight the paper mountain. Thanks to us, clients are able to upload different type of documents with character recognition, to digitally/legally archive documents with indexing, metadata & document life cycle management or to put their digital signatures on the Internet or mobile applications - with a biometric pen, eID, voice recognition or any number of other possibilities. Some figures: 1,6 billion of archived documents, new documents per day, a potential 13 million documents to dematerialize.

The IT Paperless department is looking for a Functional Analyst for the Document Management domain.
You act as primary contact person for our (internal) customers for the document management domain
You define and formalize the functional needs in different documents (list of requirements, high-level application mapping, impact analysis, use case definition, )
You translate the requirements in a solution in close collaboration with the software architect and subject matter experts
You define the required application interfaces or web services
You collaborate with the project leader during impact analysis, workload estimation and planning
You collaborate with the development team during the construction phase
You collaborate with the testing team during the execution of the acceptance/performance tests
You collaborate with the hand-over to operations
You identify possible risks and issues (with their impact & mitigation)
You report to the project leader or asset manager
Required knowledge/Experience:
5 years of experience
Technical Experience:
Mandatory:
You have experience in the document management domain
You have experience in UML methodology (use cases, requirements management, test management, )
Preferable:
Document management (metadata, search, indexation, upload, archiving, )
Workflow management
Web technology
Business Experience
Mandatory
You are an experienced functional analyst with knowledge of the document management domain
Preferable
You are an experienced functional analyst in a banking environment
