We are currently recruiting for an experienced Works Supervisor/Manager to be based in Perth, working with one of our nationally renowned clients.
Description of Role
The role requires an experienced Works Supervisor ideally with experience in flood protection projects to supervise on site in the delivery of a major Flood Protection Scheme.
The role will involve, working with and supervising numerous members of staff, interacting with external consultants and liaising with the client to ensure delivery of the project. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and be capable to work without supervision or assistance.
Some travel to Client's & the Designer's offices in Perth will be required on occasion.
Essential Skills, Experience and Relevant Qualifications
A full driving licence is essential.
Desirably the candidate will be either an Incorporated Engineer or a Chartered Engineer or nearing Chartered status.
Having previous experience working in a Local Authority environment would be advantageous.
Strong communication, programming and financial management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
