Description
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a Senior IDM analyst.
The Senior IdM Analyst and SME will assist in the in-depth as-is analysis of the existing ISIM-environment and dependencies. Next, he/she will also assist in the design of the to-be target architecture and service design.
The project will perform an upgrade and migration from ISIM v6 to ISIM v7 as part of the project.
During the build and deployment phase the Senior IdM Analyst and SME will act as technical lead and will collaborate/report to a senior IdM Architect.
The role entails the following responsibilities:
- Assist in detailed analysis of as-is ISIM environment.
- Drive the build, configuration and documentation of a new IdM service across multiple environments:
o Install and configure of ISIM components.
o Lead data migration activities from the Legacy environment to the new environment.
o Develop new workflows for provisioning and life cycle management
o Deploy and test new directories for identity data
o Design, develop and test new adapters (using TDI/SDI)
o Document the new environments and service components in accordance to IT's documentation standards.
o Establish reporting capabilities in the new IdM service (pref. using Tivoli/Security Common Reporting)
Requirements:
The following general competencies are required:
Proven IT architecture skills and experience. In particular integration architecture.
Strong networking (protocols, infrastructure, Firewalls, DNS, routing etc.) skills and experience.
Basic understanding and experience of Ericsson's IT environment and ways of working. This includes IT's project methodology and IT operations.
The following specialist competencies are required:
Proven track record of working with the installation and administration of IBM Security Identity Manager v6.x and Security Identity Manager v7.x and their various components.
Extensive knowledge of IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator v6.x and Security Directory Integrator v7.x
Extensive Linux skills.
Extensive LDAP skills.
Extensive DB2 skills.
Extensive IBM WebSphere Application Server skills.
Extensive IBM Tivoli/Security Directory Server skills.
Previous experience of IBM Security Identity Manager v6.x and/or Security Identity Manager v7.x upgrades and migrations.
Extensive JavaScript programming skills.
Extensive Java programming skills. (the full IdM service solution contains a custom built web-UI which must be transformed)
The following basic competencies are preferred:
Basic Active Directory skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Web Toolkit
Basic Oracle 11g skills.
Basic IBM Tivoli/Security Common Reporting skills.
Basic understanding and experience of IAM architecture in general, and identity and directory services in particular.
