About the role:
Your job will consist of sourcing, recruiting and matching candidates to your clients' temporary or permanent jobs, so the position is a full 360-recruitment position. You will learn, understand and integrate into your clients teams and departments to ensure that you at harmonizing both candidate and client requirements. We will assist you in this by helping you through the award-winning programme we have in place, this will help you to develop the key skills to understand your new market and role.
Markets we cover vary on the industry from Dynamics, Analytics, Development to Infrastructure, Project and Programme managers to Risk. We will provide on the job training, coaching and our Learning and Development team will support your individual needs from day one.
About You:
To be successful in this recruitment job, you will need to have a proven track record of prior Recruitment experience in any field, but we will need evidence of your billing track record, you will also be money motivated, highly ambitious and driven to want to succeed. You will need to be able to prove you are ready to work in a fast paced and competitive environment and able to build strong rapport with clients, candidates and your colleagues.
For this Recruitment Consultant job, you will need to have the drive and be a hungry individual. Ideally educated to degree level with a 2.1, alternatively a 2.2. If you are not educated to this level, 12months + in a strong B2B sales / telesales environment is essential.
