C# MVC Web Developer - Leeds City Centre - £300/day - 6 monthA leading organisation of mine, with an incredible reputation for not only their .Net Web Development but also looking after their contractors and permanent staff, with an excellent office atmosphere.
With a number of senior developers leading the way and pioneering "new" .Net web development, bringing in a number of exciting C# MVC Web technologies, they are at the forefront of their field, expanding their product across the world.
The right person (or people, there are a number of roles), will need to be able to work well as part of a team, working to an agile environment, on all the "latest" technologies listed below ideally - however the list is not 100% needed (so please apply even if you've not got everything on the list).
- C# Development experience
- ASP.Net MVC, and potentially some Webforms though very unlikely
- Web API experience would be good
- JavaScript - Mainly JQuery but potentially could use Angular.JS further down the line
- SQL Server - they use ADO.Net currently but are investigating using Entity Framework
These are the key technologies that they are looking, but there are going to be some others from time to time. From speaking with my contractors and other contractors on site, the work is very varied, and does give a great opportunity to work in new areas and with a lot of fellow contractors.
They have an excellent reputation to keep contractors on further, and have extended the majority of previous contractors on past the initial 6 month period.
They are happy to look at people that aren't available for the next 2-4 weeks, but will move quite quickly on interviews.
