QC Manager - South of the Netherlands - Freelance - 18 months

Amoria Bond is currently looking for a QC manager for a major project in energy sector for 18 months. As a QC manager you will be responsible for all inspection controls that have been done by the QC engineer. Furthermore, advising the QC engineers on inspection improvements and reporting activities towards the Lead engineer and project manager. In addition to your tasks, you will have to travel to countries for inspection controls such as Spain, Germany and India.
My client is a contractor working for a German company with several construction projects. Therefore, my client is in need of a QC specialist that will control all inspections that have been made by the QC engineers in order to assure quality during the project.
Role
- Controlling inspections done by QC engineers
- Advising improvements towards Lead engineer and project manager
- Assuring that inspections have been done correctly and at its most efficient
- The inspections are within different fields such as steal, piping, welding and turbines
- You will report towards the Lead engineer and Project manager of the company
Requirement
- QC experience within the energy sector
- A good understanding of the inspections of Steal, Piping, Welding and Turbines
- You are willing to travel to other countries in order to execute inspections
- The QC manager has the ability to take full responsibility and initiative of inspection controls
- German and English are well spoken and read for inspection controls and advisory purposes
- Dutch and English are spoken within the company
