Description
We've a dynamic, client facing role with one of Ireland's leading Salesforce Partners to support a key client implementation. You will be a key member of the Salesforce project team and will be assigned on this client site all the time to manage the Salesforce implementation. Salesforce certification would be a distinct advantage as would prior consultancy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with client to gather and analyse requirements
Develop and implement and agreed solution that meets client needs in the most efficient manner
Manage the deployment project and identify key milestones
Configure and customise Salesforce.com in order to satisfy business goals and user requirements
Salesforce SME to act as a main point of contact to support Salesforce implementation
You have the following experience
Excellent soft skills, comfortable in a client facing capacity - confidence and approachability
Excellent Development and Problem Solving skills on Salesforce
Previous client facing experience customising the Salesforce tool within a large organisation to suit business needs
Experience assessing business requirements for Salesforce technical solutions and feasibility
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders across the business in order to translate requirements into functional solutions
