Expenses Administrator/Accounts Payable Administrator - 3 Month + Temporary Assignment - Maidenhead Centre

Your role as Expenses Administrator will be processing a large number of expense claims accurately and efficiently, you will also be responsible for dealing with queries from employees as to the status of their claims.

Essential Requirements:

  • Expense processing and Accounts Payable experience
  • MUST have used Oracle before (R12 or iExpense)
  • Need to be accurate and able to deal with a high volume of expenses
  • Able to use initiative, with good communication skills (over the phone, email and face to face)
  • Good MS skills (Word, Excel)

Please note - requirement for Oracle is essential.
