Senior Android Developer - remote work!

Description

At FetLife we are looking for an open-minded, kink-friendly Senior Android Developer to join the team and help us bring a native Android app to the community!

You should have experience

Taking a project from idea to the Google Play store

Writing clear, concise, and performant code

Developing universal apps for both Android based phones and tablets

Writing unit and integration tests

Continuously deploying code

Working on a small 100% remote team

Bonus if you have experience

Navigating and understanding a large codebase

Improving the performance of Android apps

Writing APIs in Ruby on Rails/Grape

Working in an agile and/or lean environment

Shipping and maintaining open-source software

At FetLife you will be responsible for

Shipping our very first Android app

Implementing features, improvements, and bug fixes

Working with a cross-functional team to continuously ship

Maintaining and improving our codebase

We are 100% remote: Canada, US, Brazil, Germany, and Slovakia

Use Trello, GitHub, and Slack to collaborate
