Description
Roc Search are currently recruiting for an On-boarding Engineer to work from home, and manage a set of on-boarding customers through the technical and support process.
Key responsibilities:
*Support and resolve customer deployment issues.
*Assist customers and partners with configuration of on-boarding tools and processes technology and entire deployment cycle.
*Interact daily with other agents to provide and share technical issue resolution knowledge and deployment/adoption processes best practices.
*Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require outside of normal business hours and days.
*Share knowledge with others through solution documents, contribute to social media, engage technical communities, and provide feedback to the PEP Program Team to improve the PEP tools and processes.
Skills required:
*Fluent German speaker
*SCCM/O365/Exchange
*Skype for Business, EMS (Intune, Intune Hybrid, AADP, ARMS)
*Able to support EMEA Timezone
