eWork is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his needs.
For our customer we are looking for a Project Manager to Automate credit process project.
Job description: Automate selected credit aprovals
Project:
Automate credit process for common use across countries and across channels (branch, contact centre, online and mobile). First roll-out in DK during 2016 including selected credit aprovals
Task:
Prepare business deliveries for agile execution by release:
Break down high level epics to high level user stories applicable for 3-5 delivery teams
Work with a core team including business, credit, IT developer, architect specialists and a requirement specialist
Covering business services, Front End functionality and connection to rule engine (Experian tool)
Facilitate and document the product backlog
Close sparring with the PM
Work together with the PM about the execution
Competences:
IT project manager with experience in agile project management (scrum is the preferred agile method)
Product owner competences
Understand how to utilize business architecture and application arhitecture
Good experience in
Communication
Facilitation skills combined with leadership skills to steer the core team in to the right direction
Bridge business and IT
Co-operation with business and IT specialists
Using the JIRA tool for agile teams
Knowledge and experience from the financial industry
