Product/Quality Assurance for Test Campaign in The Netherlands
Description
1. Coordination of PA/QA/QI activities
2. Attendance during Satellite arrival, quality inspection of security seals and delivery completeness
3. Control of unloading and storage procedure in cleanroom
4. Verification of access control measures to the satellite area
5. Review and approval of Test Procedures
6. Control of test facility readiness and test equipment calibrations
7. Control of acceleration sensors placing and search run for the vibration test
8. Performance of Test Readiness Reviews and Post Test Reviews
9. Witnessing of AIT activities
10.Control for completeness of all functional tests before, during and after all environmental tests (vibration, thermal cycle, acoustic noise, EMC)
11. Check of test results recording and signature of test reports
12. NCR processing
13. Performance of MIPs and generation of MIP Reports
14. Support Configuration Management activities (as-built status, accountability items)
15. Control of satellite transport preparation for transport to Kourou. Especially control of security seals for transport to Kourou according to company seal list.
16. Verification and tracking of safety controls and measures
17. Support to PA Safety Engineer concerning Hazard Report close-out by test
18. Weekly reporting to Product Assurance Manager
A Personal Security Clearance will be required to work onsite. Applicants will ideally hold a live or lapsed SC at time of application.
