On behalf of our client, an international logistics company, we are looking for an
IT eCom application support specialist (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Perform 2nd level IT support on eCom applications (desktop applications installed on customer's premises, or EDI applications)
- Perform root cause analysis on eCom application issues
- Propose solutions to solve such problems (adapt process, correct data etc.)
- Involve customers in incident resolution and problem solving process
- Liaise with eCom project managers to get common understanding of issues and agree on action plans
- Take appropriate actions to reduce number of recurrent incidents
- When needed, perform data analysis and consolidations using MS excel and/or MS Access
Your qualifications
- Energetic, enthusiastic, results-oriented; capable of adding significant value to the existing eCom team and broader IT department
- Proven experience in working with customers
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, including the essential skill to manage a large number of simultaneous support tasks on multiple applications
- Well-developed communication skills with technical and non-technical senior management
- 2nd or 3rd level support on IT applications experience
- IT environments knowledge about Window systems, Unix systems
- Experience with SQL Server 2008, XML Files, Web Services, Access, MS Excel
