Lead / Team Lead
An exciting opportunity for an Embedded Software or Firmware Engineer with experience of managing / leading a team. The role requires someone with a good technical knowledge and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
The role itself offers you the opportunity & challenge for architecting and delivering Embedded/Firmware systems whilst also managing a team of senior and principal level engineers.
Requirements:
*Proven successful technical lead of software development through an entire project life cycle
*Advanced technical capability in Embedded or Firmware software architecture and design
*Strong coding experience in low level C
*Background in operating systems and electronics hardware
*Previous technical lead/management/team leading experience
*Strong planning estimation and tracking skills in Excel or Microsoft Project Manager
