** SENIOR MANAGED SERVICES CONSULTANT / SAS CONSULTANT - REMOTE WORKING**Computer futures are working with a marketing leading global consultancy in the great location of Oxford. Their consultancy projects offer a variety of experiences from application development to business intelligence & analytics to data migration.
The ideal candidate will be a driven and motivated individual being able to manage the delegation and resolution of incidents within the clients SLA's. You will be able to undertake impact analysis of new SAS software releases for supported clients. Base SAS and SAS Intelligence platform experience is essential.

Essential skills:
-4 years minimum experience using SAS Intelligence platform. (ESSENTIAL)
-Strong communication and organisational skills
-Experience of base SAS programming (desirable)
-Ability to gather facts to diagnose and solve technical issues
-BSc in a numerical, software engineering or computing science subject.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Providing first line support
-Plan and execute maintenance tasks
-Support the release management process including release testing and documentation
-Undertake impact analysis of new SAS software releases
-Providing input to the development of managed services
-Perform ongoing study of industry developments
-Perform ongoing self-instruction of new SAS procedures, techniques and solutions
-Train and mentor technical staff
-Promote awareness to colleagues of a new SAS developments, emerging industry standards and other vendor developments impacting SAS
