Customer Services Co-ordinator - Slough, Berkshire

Our client is a world leading Engineering firm who have fantastic opportunity for Service PlanningCo-ordinator - this a varied role where you will be responsible scheduling and monitoring service engineering calls, dealing with client email/call queries, timesheet logging, accounts payable/credit control eventually (once trained be involved in estimating/quoting for major service contracts.

This role would suit someone with a good telephone manner, comfortable in a busy working environment, well organised/strong at prioritising and proficient in MS Excel - no previous Service Scheduling experience is necessary as long as you possess these skills and have a positive "can do" attitude.
