SCADA CONSULTANT / EXPERT (SPECIFICATIONS / ITT / BID) - LONDON mainly SCADA CONSULTANT / EXPERT (SPECIFICATIONS / ITT / BID) - LONDON mainly This is a superb requirement for a very Senior and very experienced SCADA Systems Expert.You should have extensive SCADA Technical knowledge (this can be gained from a mix of environments; some Automation environment / some Factory, some Engineering Control Applications), but you must have the SCADA Technical knowledge in conjunction with Procurement processes / Bids / Tenders / Proposals / ITTs / Bid Evaluation / Vendor Questionnaires and all of the Specifications-related work (both the drawing-up of DETAILED Technical Specifications AND all of the High-Level / Overview Specifications) involved in the early stages of a major new Project.You will need to have a demonstrable track-record of SCADA Expert / Consultancy work on Capital Projects.The work will be based in the Offices of our Client (London location) initially, with some scope for Home-Working as the Project progresses, especially for some of the Report-writing etc. with (probably) a couple of visits in-Country later-on (is a safe Country / non 'hot-zone' / non 'war-zone'.!)As is almost-always the case with roles at this level, you are going to require strong inter-personal skills and good Reporting/Report-writing skills.This job is also going to need knowledge of all the Systems in English, the Project Documentation is all in English too, so you MUST be FLUENT IN ENGLISH, in LEGAL ENGLISH / TECHNICAL ENGLISH...
