Description
The responsibilities include;
*Regular status reporting to ensure that business requestors know when information will be delivered.
*Closely liaising with the external and internal IT teams to ensure that relevant material is identified, securely transferred to the external provider and processed to ensure delivered results.
*Acquire Records from other sources eg trading systems, Instant Messaging, system access and liaise acquiring with other IT teams in order to deliver the required information in a timely manner.
The required skills must include:
*Strong Investment Banking experience
*Familiarity with eDiscovery tools, in particular Symantec Discovery Accelerator; Sherpa Discovery Attender.
*Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel)
*Ability to translate Business requirements into technical requests/activities.
*An understanding of Microsoft and Unix based distributed computing environments is beneficial to understand what records of electronic communications are available. (Desirable)
*Awareness of trading/market data (Desirable)
*Experience of Scripting is desirable
