UX Project Manager - Digital - Telco

We are looking for a User Experience Project Manager to work for an award winning London based Digital Design Agency on a key telco client site in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of large scale digital project delivery and management of multiple UX Teams. The right candidate will have successfully managed UX projects focused on complex enterprise critical application delivery; they will be experienced in managing both the scoping & delivery of UX projects.

Main Duties

  • Communicate with all relevant parties to ensure the successful completion of any deliverables
  • Understanding the key tasks required for client facing projects, and translating this into a workable plan to deliver great results.
  • Working with the teams to ensure successful delivery against scope, quality and timescales
  • Effectively manage project risk and issues through mitigation planning
  • Monitor and report on schedule and cost, margins and profitability
  • Monitor project pipeline and contribute recommendations for required assets and resources
  • Proactively identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps based on project work
  • Act as primary contact for the Client regarding deliverables and project plan
  • Work with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure all parties are up to date with all aspects of the projects managed
  • Manage UX projects focused on complex enterprise critical application development.
  • Manage UX project scoping & delivery.
