Main tasks:
Maintenance and management of MI reporting spreadsheets & League tables
Debtor Review & Manage Credit Control
Third Party Payroll reconciliation
Contractor (physical) payments
AP - Purchase invoicing
AP - Supplier Pay run
Expenses
Bank Reconciliations - Sterling & Currency
Reporting Sales information to Sales Teams and Management, Flash Reports
ID Facility reconciliation month end
Management Accounts preparation
Month end audit & Management Pack Preparation
Financial Board Reporting Preparation
Commission check & sign off
