An exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect is available in Stockholm.
This position is offered for an initial 8 month's period, starting in May.
Description of the main tasks:
- Development and implementation of IT long term strategy and enterprise architecture
- Development and enhancement of enterprise architecture roadmap
- Assistance with the implementation of the enterprise architecture
- Enterprise Architecture maturity assessment
- Enterprise architecture analysis of organisational structures
- Enterprise architecture analysis of information systems portfolios
- Enterprise architecture analysis of enterprise business processes
- Corporate Data flow analysis
- IS costs/benefits analysis
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
General competencies and skills:
- In depth knowledge of enterprise architecture
- Good knowledge of business processes analysis
- Knowledge of software maturity models
- Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
- Extent of experience in coordinating team members, facilitating meetings with collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Required proficiency in Information Technologies:
- Proficiency of testing methodologies and tools
- Good knowledge of the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration)
- Good knowledge of information systems life cycle
IT consultancy for advice, studies, and software development and software maintenance:
- Good knowledge in IT consulting matters (hardware, software, application, and systems engineering)
- Knowledge in Project Management tools (Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge in Unified Modelling Language (UML)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg SCRUM)
Education and work Experience:
- University degree with minimum 6 years of experience in IT OR non university degree with minimum 12 years of experience in IT
- Strong experience in consulting
- Good Experience in enterprise architecture models and tools
- Experience in business processes modelling
- Proven experience with quality procedures
- Strong experience in the realization of studies
