Assignment Description

The program Flow at the customer will result in new processes and ways of working for large parts of the goods flow (supply chain) as well as for finance and controlling. At the same time, a large number of existing IT-solutions will be replaced by standard platforms to ensure a global, flexible and user-friendly system environment. The new IT-solutions will be the foundation for a business platform enabling continued growth in a long-term perspective for multi channel and multi brand with well synchronized and efficient processes.

We are looking for an Application Expert with focus on AM delivery, part of the Functional Area Flow Store with Application Management.

The Functional Area Flow Store is a group of ca 30 people responsible for:
POS Inbound: Import, validation and storage of POS transactions in SAP POS DM for aggregation and further distribution to systems that use sales data, eg analysis, bookkeeping and replenishment.
POS Outbound: Distribution of base data like articles, prices and promotions from SAP ECC to POS systems.
SIM: New store routines for store transfers and faulty item, using scanners and a SAP portal accessible in the store. Replaces manual routines in stores

The position is full time with placement in Stockholm (Marievik). Important: Also work on times scheduled after office hours. These tasks can be done from home.

Tasks

The primary tasks for the Application Expert in Application Management:

POS data flow:
o POS Inbound: Import, validation and storage of POS transactions in SAP POS DM for further distribution to systems that use sales data, eg for analysis, bookkeeping and replenishment
o POS Outbound: Distribution of base data like articles, prices and promotions from SAP ECC to POS systems
Monitoring/problem solving of MM flows: Inbound/Outbound deliverables for sales transactions, output
Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Provide system analysis
Incident management
Communicate incident status effectively in English writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Ensure cross-functional interaction with other stakeholders
Corrections, test and deployment of AM releases
Involve and inform the Functional Area Architect and Functional Area Responsible on relevant issues
Work together with the functional project team
Transfer software product knowledge to customer's persons, let them perform system related configuration etc
