Description

Summary:
  • Integration Process Engineer/Automation Lead
  • Participate and/or actively lead Process Integration effort across BT for the Strategy & Governance Group.
Responsibilities:
  • Leverage process analysis and improvement best practice techniques (ie, Six Sigma, Lean, workflow analysis, etc.); to analyze processes and recommend disposition
  • Lead and support process and application integration efforts
  • Work with peer teams to define, plan, and schedule integration projects in relation to Document Management and IT Training the documents from source to target system and various records management skills as required
  • Follow hard copy archival and records retention process
  • Migrate digital documents as a part of larger migration activity
  • Develop Migration playbook and authoring
  • Populate SharePoint/toolkit site with available documents
  • Assemble and design an implementation toolkit for Risk Management &Compliance (RM&C) group
  • Read and understand the process documents and analyze where it requires changes for migration and integration
  • Ability to look at multiple different procedures and harmonize into one migration playbook
  • Manage and/or perform testing of each release; which may require use of automated testing tools such as Quality Center.
  • Provide L1-3 support for process methodologies and technical platforms as it pertains to integration systems and processes.
  • Monitor and report on usage of integration process automation sites and tools; provide trend analysis as required
SKILLS:

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional business experience within large, complex business environments
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of an SDLC (Solution Development Lifecycle)
  • Working knowledge of Document Management processes
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in process improvement and modelling methodologies
  • Knowledge of procedural (Standard Operation Procedure) maintenance and control
  • Knowledge of operational maturity models preferred
  • Experience with IT project management and change management; ability to manage and complete multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and deploy high quality global software releases on time and within budget
  • Ability to produce required software development and release management documentation suitable for both technical and management stakeholders
  • Experience working with global technical teams, including sub-contracted and outsourced resources
  • Experience with technical problem solving and becoming proficient at new and changing technologies
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge in:
  • MS Office, Macros and Visual Basic for Applications
  • Access
  • MS Visio
  • SharePoint Designer and Site Collection Administrator functions
  • Knowledge in the following areas advantageous:
  • InfoPath
  • Documentum
  • Web design, configuration and graphics
  • HTML
  • RightAnswers Solution Manager
  • Business Objects
  • Familiarity with QA, compliance and regulatory environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within client organization and influence peers, clients, and managers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and cope with ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively and independently interact with all areas and levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
