Service Manager, Network, Infrastructure, Contract, Prague
Service Manager required with experience in IT Network infrastructure to join a global organisation based in Prague.
You will provide continuous service improvement initiatives associated with ITIL core processes, ensuring IT Network Service meets Service level agreements.
You will oversee global LAN/WAN services, build relationships with existing Network Managers, Infrastructure Project Managers, and act as a technical liaison between customer and suppliers.
You will define Network requirements with customers, acting as an escalation point for Network issues and driving resolution.
Ideal candidates will have experience in Network infrastructure, LAN, WAN, routing, switching and an appreciation of Service Management.
ITIL certification would be highly desirable.
