Description
Working alongside other Senior Developers you will be part of a multi-disciplined software development team consisting of Back End integrators, web developers, web designers, development DBAs and QA testers.
You will be one of the leading figures on site, providing in depth technical advice to the less experienced developers. You will be placed on site five days a week and you will be expected to hit the ground running.
Essential skill set required:
* 3 years development experience of BizTalk Server and ESB (including building orchestrations, configuring ports, server configuration, BRE & BAM)
* 5 years development experience of .NET, C# & Visual Studio
* 3 years development experience of building REST, WCF and SOAP web services
* 3 years development experience in XML, XSLT, XPath
* 5 years development experience of SQL Server
* Strong understanding of SOLID principles
* Good appreciation of SOA concepts and principles
* Works to coding and development best practices
* Experienced in source control techniques (eg TFS, SVN, GIT)
Desirable skill set:
Highly Desirable:
* Oracle development (queries, functions, stored procedures)
* ASP.NET MVC 4
* ASP.NET WebAPI
* Experienced in the use of Agile and/or Scrum in product delivery.
* Exposure to mobile app development
* Using cloud technologies in solution development (eg Azure).
