Description
Camfil Air Pollution Control (APC) is looking for a full-stack Ruby on Rails web developer who can work remotely from our Jonesboro, Arkansas location. Our new Web Developer will join our existing development team and will be helping us create and maintain public-facing and internal projects on a continuous basis.The successful candidate will:
- Provide a work history of creating user-friendly web sites using the Ruby on Rails framework.
- Have an excellent working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Be able to design good-looking, easy-to-use web interfaces. You'll be able to design and develop the front-end and back-end.
- Have experience with enterprise databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Pay strict attention to detail, follow written and oral instructions, and multitask
- Speak, read, and write English well
- Live in the United States
Preferred Skills and Experience (in addition to the above):
- Linux server administration
- Knowledge of Adobe graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with Google Analytics
