Consultant/Developer - SAP, CRM, ISU
My client a household organisation who are looking for a Consultant/Developer - SAP, CRM, ISU to joint there SAP team on an initial 3-6 month contract.
The Consultant/Developer - SAP, CRM, ISU will have end to end change experience will ensure you are ready to take on the challenges that this role presents, handling multiple initiatives in a complex environment.
Acting as a subject matter expert, you will be highly credible, providing consultation and analysis that converts ideas into impactful business outcomes.
Responsible for specific technical areas across one of (or more) the solutions deployed across the domestic business. This includes SAP CRM, ISU, FICA and BI and other 3rd party applications.
The Consultant/Developer - SAP, CRM, ISU will analyse, identify and deliver technical systems and process improvements, such as User and Customer Experience, taking ownership of the change initiative and ensuring effective resolutions are implemented and monitored. The Consultant/Developer - SAP, CRM, ISU will also ensure that our Domestic division solutions interface and align with centralised, wider-business systems.
Key skills and experience
Technical SAP ERP expertise across one or more of the following modules: SAP CRM, ISU, BI, FICA
To apply the full life cycle of SAP Change from assessment and prioritisation through to implementation and review
Proven experience in identifying and resolving issues within an IT and commercial environment
Process modelling
Experience in release practices, training and data sourcing
Proven experience within Project Management of technical solutions from end to end
Proven experience within Change Management
Well honed business analysis skills
Excellent experience of working with a variety of stakeholders
Innovative ideas for delivering effective solutions and continuous improvements
Knowledge of energy markets would be beneficial but not essential
