UNTOUCHED is a disruptive property portal that helps people find the perfect brand new apartment or townhouse in minutes, not months.Having worked in the marketing team for a huge property developer - and currently in real estate sales selling off the plan (brand new) apartments & townhouses, I've recognised massive problems in the industry and am creating UNTOUCHED as a platform to fix them.
To learn the basics of programming, I've spent the last few months learning Ruby on Rails and built a few basic features myself, but we're going to start this project from scratch and do it your way from the start.
I've had a front-end developer build out the x4 core pages in HTML, but I'm looking for a full-stack developer to take over and build out the MVP with Rails/React:

1. Developments - shows the starting price of available units in that development that meet the filter criteria:

There's two main models: 1. Development (has unique attributes); 2. Unit (also has unique attributes). Within an apartment development, there are many units. When a consumer is searching for a new apartment, the data they see should be based on available units - not ones already sold. When engaging with the filters, the data needs to load in real time.

Because the property developer will be the one managing all the information in their listing, you'll also need to create a beautiful admin interface that's easy for them to use.
