Proteus Europe is searching for a System Coordinator and Data Analyst for one of our clients in Surrey

Your New role :-

1. Support to Project manager.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of existing applications.
3. Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet user requirements

Your Skills and experience :-

Essential Skills :-
The Omnis Coordinator should have strong analysis skills, experience in designing, developing, implementing, testing, and modifying web applications.

- Communication skills with European customer and Korean customer as well.
- Proficient in OA program (MS Word , MS Excel , Power Point)
- Completes own role independently or with minimal supervision/guidance

- Able to communicate at all levels within the client and in the customer
companies with people for whom English may not be the mother tongue.
- Willing to travel to client sites to advise customers on improvements and work towards meeting client objectives and requests in a consistent way and approach to multi-channel solution or business development matters.

Technical Expertise

- Proficient in Windows and OA program
- Basic knowledge in Firewalls and Networks
- Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels
- Advanced excel skill would be an advantage

Client/Business Orientation

- Interprets client needs, assessing the full requirements; identifies solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
- Is aware of internal/external business issues and best practice in own discipline; applies to own role.
- Takes action to monitor and control costs within own work horizons

Creating and Delivering Solutions

- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data; takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
- Manages own time to meet agreed targets; develops plans for specific work activities in own area over the short term, including forecasting resource requirements

Working Relationships

- Adapts information/style to the audience, explains difficult issues clearly, establishes consensus, attains agreement
- Promotes teamwork; coaches and guides others
- Creates informal networks with key contacts within own area
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Degree or equivalent (in a business, accounting or computer related discipline).
EXPERIENCE:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be free to travel within Europe as required.
- Largely autonomous role; so good client facing skills with experience of all levels of people and comfortable with working with senior managers within IT and the business.
