Job Description:
Looking for a Service Assurance Netcool sr resource who has demonstrated experience architecture and designing complex Service Assurance solutions including fault, performance, discovery, and configuration.
- 3-5 years OSS-Telecom experience
- IBM Netcool/Omnibus implementation on 2-3 projects
- French Speaking
