CORPORATE TRUST ANALYST
CANARY WHARF, LONDON
CONTRACT
Our high profile Banking client currently has an opportunity for a Corporate Trust Analyst to work in the Corporate Trust Analytics department in the offices based in Canary Wharf, London.
The Corporate Trust Analyst will primarily be responsible for running and/or maintaining financial models for deals using proprietary systems on an on-going basis. Additional responsibilities include providing support to resolve deal specific issues related to the deal model or on-boarding and escalating appropriately.
Key Skills required for a Corporate Trust Analyst:
- Exposure to Structured Credit or Fixed Income products, or equivalent
- Good PC skills - ideally with MS Access and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Exposure and ability to interpret legal documentation is advantageous
- Proven problem solving skills
Responsibilities of a Corporate Trust Analyst:
- Running or maintaining deal model using proprietary systems on an on-going basis.
- Support Client Services by updating, modifying and testing any required changes to the complex financial models
- Analyse complex finance structures and legal documentation, including amendments according to internal procedures and compliance
- Ensure compliance with all the Company's policies and procedures, including internal Analytics procedures
